Return & Refund Policy

 

We want you to enjoy your Gosling Grey pieces. If something is not right, contact gosling@ceviennerow.com within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

 

Eligible items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. Items marked final sale, worn or washed items, and gift cards are not eligible for return.

 

After we confirm your request, we will provide return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless an item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item. We recommend using a tracked service.

 

Once the return is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, email us promptly with photos so we can make it right.

 

Exchanges depend on available stock; if the requested item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead. This policy does not limit any rights provided by applicable law.
